[Event Schedule & Important Notes]
- Experience Program Recruitment Period : April 21, 2026 - April 26, 2026
- Experience Program Period : April 27 - May 24. 2026
- Selected participants will be announced on April 27, 2026 and contacted individually.
- All times are in PDT (UTC-8).
- Classes included in the Experience Program can still be taken for 1 year at a special discounted price even if you are not selected.
- In order to build long-term content assets, we require all ambassador reviews to be maintained for a minimum of one year, and we strive for a policy of permanent retention for all content.

- Users who purchased classes before the event period cannot refund and repurchase the class for the purpose of participating in this event.

[Refund Policy]
- A full refund is available if a refund request is made before any files are released (before lecture videos are made available).
- A full refund is available if the refund is requested within 7 days of purchase and fewer than 3 files have been accessed.
- If 3 or more files have been accessed within 7 days of purchase, 50% of the actual payment amount will be refunded. - If the refund request is made between 7 and 10 days after purchase and fewer than 3 files have been accessed, 50% of the actual payment amount will be refunded.
- If the refund request is made between 7 and 10 days after purchase and 3 or more files have been accessed, no refund will be issued.
- No refunds are available after 10 days from the purchase date.
- If additional lecture videos or class materials are accessed after the refundable amount has been calculated but before the refund is processed, the refundable amount may change.
- Lifetime access classes do not have a viewing period limit. However, time-limited class passes can only be accessed for the selected period chosen at the time of purchase and cannot be paused or extended.
- Time-limited class passes cannot be converted into lifetime access passes.
- 1:1 coaching passes are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be available regardless of whether the coaching session has been used.
- Special classes such as promotional classes, non-regular classes, or specially curated classes may have separate cancellation, change, or refund policies.

[Device Limit for Video Playback]
- The number of devices that can play videos is limited to 3 per account. If you wish to change a registered device due to reasons such as replacing your phone, please contact help@coloso.co.kr. Device changes are allowed once per year.
(The first 3 devices used to play videos after login will be automatically registered.)

[Additional Notes]
- Coloso may deduct financial transaction fees, taxes, or related charges when processing refunds.
- Coloso may refuse refunds if a customer violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- If a member interferes with the operation of the “Site” through the following actions, the “Company” may restrict or suspend the member’s account.
① Repeatedly canceling or returning purchased “Products, etc.” through the “Site” without a valid reason, thereby interfering with the Company’s operations.
② Repeatedly requesting cancellations or full/partial returns after partially using purchased “Products, etc.” despite no defects, thereby interfering with the Company’s operations.
